We carefully review all applications we receive, looking for individuals who are talented, enthusiastic, and a little bit crazy (in a good way, of course).
Once we've screened the applications, we ask candidates to submit a video or complete a form so we can get a sense of their personality and communication style.
We'll ask you some strange questions, play games, and maybe even throw in a joke or two. We want to make sure you're a good fit for our team, and that we're a good fit for you.
This is where things get really interesting. We'll give you a multi-day task or demo to complete, and we'll expect nothing less than your best work. We promise it'll be worth it.
