Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in an Online and/or blended learning course or purchasing any of our Services and providing DLearners with your payment information, you hereby agree to these payment terms. To purchase any services or products offered by DLearners through the Services, you must have Internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during the sign-up process ("Payment Method"). You agree to DLearners, or its third-party payment provider, storing and accessing your payment information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the services or products you purchase through the DLearners Services as they become due, whether on a one-time, instalment, or subscription basis. Fees may vary based on your location, the type of Payment Method used, where your Payment Method was issued, or other contractual arrangements. Your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, including because of exchange rates. DLearners does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment and may vary such offerings from time to time. Additionally, you understand and agree that not all promotions and pricing are available to all Students, and that specific additional terms and conditions (such as the Special Online and related educational Terms) may apply to certain promotional programs, pricing, or geographic locations. You agree to use your own valid Payment Method and not impersonate or otherwise use a Payment Method to avoid regulatory restrictions.

  1. DLearners reserves the right to disable any purchase and premium service issued to you for the products/service post completion of the course.
  2. DLearners reserves the right to increase/decrease the costs of our additional modules.
  3. Entry after 15 minutes from the start time is not allowed. Sessions will be suspended if the number of violations exceeds 3 times.
  4. An explanatory email stating the reason for absence is mandatory before restarting a session.
  5. Slot availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  6. The invoice will be generated and sent within 7 working days from the payment date.
  7. You also consent to the use of photographs/videotapes taken during your child's sessions and its related activities. You acknowledge that you understand that these may be used for publicity, promotional, or educational purposes (including publications, presentations, or broadcasts via newspaper, internet, or other media sources).
  8. The period between May 1st and May 15th will be considered a vacation for all children and educators.
  9. If you cannot attend our sessions due to an emergency, please inform your Student Relationship Manager at least 2 hours before your session begins.
  10. In case of pre-planned leaves, please contact us at support@dlearners.in or +91 7299125465 at least 48 hours in advance.
  11. Sessions will be suspended for students who are absent for a total of 8 or more sessions in a month. The time slot will be opened and might be provided to other students.
  12. An explanatory email is required before restarting the session, and the previous time slot will not be provided.
  13. In view of your child not attending our intervention sessions for 45 days, the DLearners management will consider your account as inactive, and your child will be able to continue his/her sessions upon reactivation.
  14. If, for some reason, your child fails to join the sessions or if there is no intimation from the parent even after this time, the account will be automatically deactivated, and no refund of the fees or automatic extension of the course will be entertained.
  15. All fees paid for services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  16. If services are cancelled before completion, payments already made are non-refundable, and any unused portion of the services will not be refunded.
  17. Parents must make all payments on the joining date of the first month, and subsequently on the same date for every following month, irrespective of the number of sessions completed.
  18. All students are required to join the sessions within 30 days of payment. Failure to start sessions within this period will render the admission void. After this period, the fees MUST be paid again, and the admission will be considered as new. In the event of a medical condition, a medical certificate by an authorized signatory must be provided.
  19. For 25, 50, 100, and 200 sessions, the compensation sessions are 5, 10, 30, and 50, respectively. Upon completing the compensation sessions, we will charge half the session price for further compensation.
    The minimum number of paid compensations a child can avail is 10. Medical, emergency, exams, etc., and all other leaves fall under the compensation structure.
  20. For parents on monthly payments, only one compensation session is applicable per month.
  21. Rescheduled sessions cannot be further rescheduled for another day.
  22. If a Live onboarding session is missed, it will not be further rescheduled. Instead, a recording and an email of what should be done will be sent.
  23. No changes in class timings and days will be allowed until 50% of the course duration for the child is over. DLearners reserves the right to change with prior notice to parents under special occasions.
  24. Only one kit will be sent per child. Parents must pay for additional kits.
  25. Tickets raised regarding queries to the DLearners support team will be answered within 36 to 48 hours.

Group session

  1. Recordings: If you are unable to attend a group session, a recording of the missed session will be available for you to watch before the next session.
  2. Rescheduling: Due to the nature of group sessions, rescheduling individual sessions is not possible.
  3. Unavailability: In the event that all children and their enabler are unavailable for a scheduled session, we can reschedule the session to a mutually agreeable date and time.
  4. Payments: To ensure uninterrupted participation, group session payments must be completed on or before the 10th of each month.
